Baking to perfection : CNY goodies.

Do not want to get big bottles of goodies which you're unsure of how delicious they are?
Conscious of the ingredients manufacturers in the market use?

Well the goodies I bake uses only fresh ingredients with no baking soda, artificial flavourings, sweeteners and stabilisers. All goodies are based on my personal recipes that has been tweaked to be more healthy (e.g. substituting margarine with butter for lesser trans fat). All goodies will be freshly baked upon confirmation of orders as my mini-sized oven can't support mass manufacture as well. =)

1. Melting moments peanut cookies (花生酥)

A favourite of mine, also a must-bake for every CNY.
Brought this to cousin's place and they polished off 30 before dinner. =)
Coarsely chopped peanuts have been added to give extra crunch,
and peanut powder is used on top of that to give it a full-embodied peanut taste.

Small bottle (42 - 45pcs) - $7.00

2. Meltingly rich almond cookies

this vies for the top place among my parents' favourite.
I love their nutty crunch, melt-in-your-mouth tenderness and most of all, their deceptive craggy looks that brings you even more surprise when you take a bite into them. Not only do you have ground almonds in the batter, but there are roasted almonds bits in it as well, providing some sublime crunch with every bite.

Small bottle (42 - 45pcs) - $7.00

3. Corny Cornflakes macaroons

Using the famous Kelloggs' cornflakes, this macaroon is too crispy to be real. Being a cereal lover, I personally love this the most. Macaroons are baked to perfection to be light but extremely crispy to the bite. For weight-watchers, this will be your personal favourite with minimal sugar and no oil used.

Small bottle - $6.00

4. Puppy loves cacao crunch

children loves CNY as well. So as the adults are enjoying their tidbits, why not let the children join in the fun? These milo crunch cookies done in the shape of puppies will definitely tickle the hearts of your children. Extremely crunchy and rich in milo flavour, great for milo fans.

Small bottle - $6.00
